Water Soluble

Water soluble vitamins that are dissolve in water. Vitamin C and Vitamin B are water soluble vitamins. They are made of eight different types of vitamins that are something unique. They are not present or produce in body. They are consume by different diets.

These vitamin present in food and than the take directly in the bloodstream. These blood plasma is water based. Water soluble vitamin C and vitamin B have their transport cut out for them and move freely within the body.

Lipid Soluble

These lipid soluble vitamins are dissolved in fat and found in foods like diary, butter and oils. Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K are lipid soluble vitamins. They are stored in body for long terms.
